The SWIFT BIC should also be included for the Beneficiary Bank (SWIFT MT103 F57) along with a required branch identifier where necessary. The SWIFT BIC is composed of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters: xxxxATxx or xxxxATxxxxx. Note that there are no specific bank clearing codes for cross-border payments in Austria apart from the SWIFT BIC.
